As a Team Lead you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your team on the production location in Gameren. This means monitoring a right registration of incoming and outgoing materials and you are responsible for the daily production targets and a clean and safe working environment. You are interested in technique and you don’t mind making your hands dirty.

You operate on a secondary vocational educational level. Starters who finished a higher professional education will definitely find their challenge in this job;
You have managerial skills and experience;
You have a track record on safety, quality, efficiency and production results;
Your team members will come first, at all times! You have the experience with training employees. You will take care of work instructions and other tools for team members in order to share their knowledge;
You can speak and read English, any other language would be an advantage;
It is a job in daytime, but in the future you are willing to work in a 5-shift system.
